1. Collect and record customer deposits and payments and issue receipts, using computers.
2. Investigate and correct errors upon customers' request, according to customer and bank records.
3. Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy
4. Perform general office duties, such as filing, answering telephones, and handling routine correspondence such as cleaning work station.
5. Assist in match order forms with invoices and record the necessary information.
6. Maintain inventory records.
7. Assist other task under Account & Finance department as and when needed
1.Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree /Post Gradute Diploma/ Professional Certificate in Accountancy
2. Age 21 ~ 30 years old.
3.Required language(s ): English (Fluent), Bahasa Melayu
4. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
5. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
