Herbaworks was founded by Tuan Ikhwan Ilyas in August 2014, focusing on operations, sales, marketing & logistics located at No 2-1, 2-2 & 2-3, Jalan Setia Utama As U13/As, Setia Alam, Section U13, 40170 Shah Alam.

Businesses that are started with their own capital and the majority are spent in the product development division in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) factories as well as having Makanan Selamat Tanggungjawab Industri (MESTI) certification. Herbaworks has grown rapidly over 7 years in the health & beauty division and has multi-racial clients from all over Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia & Brunei.

How do I check on an order I have placed?

For questions regarding the status of your order, you may contact our Customer Service at +60333595459 or email us. For the fastest service, please provide your order number when making inquiries.

Do you accept international orders?

We're sorry, herbaworks.com.my is currently unable to accept orders to be billed or shipped to destinations outside Malaysia. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Yes. When you submit any personal information (name, address and credit card) during Checkout, the data is encrypted and sent over a secure connection to our Web site server. 

Does anyone else see the information that I provide to Herbaworks?

What is your return/exchange policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Herbaworks Online purchase, simply return the unused portion. Item(s) can be returned for exchange, provided the item(s) is returned in new and original condition with original product packaging and default parcel. Animal Testing

We do not conduct animal testing on our products or ingredients, nor ask others to test on our behalf. We evaluate our finished products in clinical tests on volunteer panels.
